7-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.

Note: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or wrong items (we cover those).

Refunds

We operate on Cash on Delivery. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be arranged within 5–7 working days.
